The Grand Tawde Atithi Bhavan structure is a construction marvel located at the Adivare village of Rajapur taluka in Ratnagiri district. Located on the coastal highway, the inauguration was held on May 10, 2018, with grand & great fanfare.
With an area of 55 guntas, i.e., 12k square feet construction on 55000 square feet of land, basement plus two floors, the Bhavan has a total of 8 suites and a grand hall in the centre. The grand hall is a masterpiece, which also has a Shri Saptkoteshwar idol in the centre which fills +ve vibes to the ambience and can perfectly accommodate weddings, birthdays, meetings, etc.
